Quick processing, item door-delivered by Fedex from CA, well packed, nice appeal, appears good quality, user (my tween) likes it and says comfortable. Needs pad for softener surface as it's a firm type mattress which should provide better support. Top is top, bottom is bottom type mattress - can use hands to feel the springs at bottom. Good value - believe it's cheaper than buying one in store; like the entire transaction being done at home - no shop around and no hassle for arranging delivery or try to get it fit in car.

I needed to purchase a mattress and didn't want the hassel of borrowing a truck, shopping for it, lugging it home up 2 flights of stairs. Somehow these guys can compress the mattress into a shippable (is that a word?) size, move it half way across the country with ease, get it to the right address within the time allotted. Amazing. The compressed size also meant it was easier to get up the stairs too!. Would so buy another mattress this way when the time comes. And the super saver shipping was the sweetest icing on the cake.

Upon opening the vacuum-wrapped package, I couldn't help but notice the NASTIEST chemical odor coming from the mattress. It's been hanging out for several hours now, with all the windows open, and still no relief from the smell.
Pros: Very firm and thick. And the delivery was super fast and convenient. Cons: Smells like crap, and the springs dig into my back when I lay on it (I'm a small female at 120lbs, so it'll probably feel the same to anyone heavier than a child.)
I guess I shouldn't have expected much from a $200 mattress... but I'm still disappointed. Would return if it wasn't such a pain to mail something that big.
